With Fall just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about those Fall golfing destinations. After all, Fall is the best time of year to golf. In the south, the weather finally breaks, allowing in some delightfully cooler breezes. In more Northern locations, one can expect to see the bright pop of foliage as the leaves begin to turn.

No matter how you look at it, Fall makes for an idyllic time. With that in mind, here are some of the best autumn destinations for golfing.

New England

Nothing can beat Fall in New England. The temperature is perfect, the leaves are the brightest anywhere around, and there are plenty of golf courses. Favorite New England golfing locations include Great River Golf Club , Wiltonbury Hills Golf , Belgrade Lakes , and Pinehills GC .
